Sam, 24

Sam runs a busy 2-star restaurant in the city. She has a loyal staff, and enough skill at balancing business with pleasure so the job never gets *too* stressful. She has a near-perfect figure, but avoids as much physical contact at work as she possibly can - pouring herself into the food and dining experience over handshakes or hugs... until *you* arrive on your first shift - an unknown smart-arse who thinks they can make 'changes' to the smooth routine because They. Know. Best.
